- Virtual Pricing is the same as in-person pricing.
- Early Bird pricing ends December 31, 2025.
- Cancellations and changes other than changing from in-person to virtual will incur a $100 Administrative fee. The last date to cancel or make changes is March 1, 2026. Changes after this date will not be allowed or refunded.

- To qualify for a group rate discount, the group must have at least 10 people and be paid for in a single invoice.
- No refunds will be given on registrations made for individuals that are part of a group. Anyone in a group can register for In-Person (if available) or Virtual attendance. If a person who is part of a group cannot attend NPAC in-person, they are welcome to change their registration to virtual.
- Payment must be made by March 1, 2026 to be eligible for the group discount.

Welcome Reception!

Join your colleagues for an evening of networking and discovery at the NASCAR Hall of Fame on Monday, April 13 to help get our engines running and revved up for an exciting conference. Food and refreshments will be provided. This event will be complimentary for registered conference attendees.*

*Guest passes for spouses and partners may be available, with additional details to follow.

All NPAC attendees must agree to the ACPA Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct.

Please Note: NPAC is separate from Essentials and Fundamentals (E&F) and if you plan to attend both NPAC and E&F, you must fill out both registration forms. This registration form is for NPAC. Registration for E&F is coming soon.

Cancellations or Changes

Cancellation of your individual NPAC 2026 registration must be received in writing and directed to Tracy Ptacek at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment, minus a $100 administrative fee. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted beginning March 1, 2026. For cancellations and changes to group registrations, please see the Groups section above. Group registrations are not eligible for refunds but in-person attendance can be changed to virtual attendance up to the end of the conference at no penalty.
