Cultivating Physician Advisor Leaders

Cultivating Physician Advisor Leaders (CPAL)

The American College of Physician Advisors (ACPA) is pleased to announce it will continue its mentoring program – Cultivating Physician Advisor Leaders (CPAL) for a 2026-2027 class. CPAL aims to accelerate and support the personal and professional development of physician advisors by pairing Mentees with experienced Mentors who are willing to provide guidance, support, and feedback.  Unlike coaching or other specific skill-based programs, CPAL is meant to help physician advisors develop as professionals and grow into leaders.

To ensure members benefit from an impactful and meaningful mentorship experience, ACPA has partnered with Art of Mentoring to tailor the programming experience and provide success directed toward the unique needs of physician advisors.

The class of 2026-2027 is set to serve 20 Mentees and up to 20 Mentors, and the program will be free all participants.
